Some of the items are great for smaller groups; but won’t translate as well with groups of 50 or more.
Each event, especially rehearsal & wedding dinners, are unique to the individuals.
Therefore, Chef Michael will discuss likes and dislikes of those involved. It is your event. You should get what you want…not just what we propose!
